Rubems the receptionist on duty at the time helped us to solve the issues that we had and went far and beyond to help us have a good stay. The location is good and the breakfast is good as well

Located not far from Metro station. Breakfast is good, although it is same every day, I still left full each day. Room is clean, shower works fine.

The location of the hotel is great, with most services you'll need reachable by foot. The employees were really nice and helpful with any requests, though one could notice they were a bit overloaded.
